Then size the vehicle. An executive sedan carries up to three passengers, a Cadillac Escalade up to six and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter up to fourteen, each with luggage space to match. The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is the step up for senior executives and wedding couples. If you are unsure, send us the trip details and dispatch will suggest the simplest combination.
Companies with repeat travel can set up a corporate account with centralized billing, monthly invoicing and ride receipts for everyone who travels on the account.

Questions about our services
What is the difference between point-to-point and hourly service?
Point-to-point is a one-way ride between two addresses at a fare quoted before you book, starting at $130 in a sedan and $160 in an SUV. Hourly service keeps the vehicle and chauffeur with you for a reserved block, with a three-hour minimum, and suits days with several stops.
Can one booking cover an airport arrival and meetings afterward?
Yes. Book the day as an hourly charter starting at the airport, and one vehicle and chauffeur cover the arrival and every meeting after it.
Do all airport rides include flight tracking?
Yes. Every pickup at DFW and Love Field is tied to your flight number, so the chauffeur works to the real arrival time whichever service you book.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 24 hours for airport transfers and 48 hours for hourly charter, group transport or convention work. Major Dallas events can take up vehicles weeks in advance.
