Our dispatch team arranges premium transportation in Dallas for C-suite executives, board members, private equity teams, and visiting investors. The service covers airport transfers, roadshows, site visits, board dinners, and multi-day itineraries. Chauffeurs are experienced with high-end vehicles and professional protocols. Vehicles are selected for clean interiors, tinted windows, and quiet cabins. We coordinate pickups at private terminals, FBOs, DFW, and Love Field. Chauffeurs sign non-disclosure agreements when requested by the client. The focus is on punctuality, confidentiality, and consistent service across multiple days.
Energy, private equity, telecom, and venture capital leaders are the primary users.
Dallas-Fort Worth hosts headquarters and major offices of several Fortune 500 energy and telecom firms. Executives travel between Uptown high-rises, Preston Hollow residences, Las Colinas corporate centers, and Plano's Legacy West campus. Energy executives attend board meetings at the Comerica Bank Tower and Energy Plaza. Private equity teams visit oilfield service companies along the SH 121 corridor and in Fort Worth. Venture capital firms visit startup offices in the Dallas Arts District and Deep Ellum. Tech and telecom leaders attend meetings at the AT&T headquarters complex and surrounding developments. Plano's Legacy West is anchored by the Toyota North America headquarters and several major corporate offices. The Dallas Arts District and Uptown are common destinations for executive dinners and hotel stays.
Pricing reflects route distance and vehicle class.
Sedan transfers from DFW to Downtown Dallas start at $130, and Dallas to Fort Worth starts at $150. DFW to Plano starts at $130, and DFW to Frisco starts at $140. Hourly executive charters start at $120 per hour for sedans with a three-hour minimum. SUVs start around $150 per hour, and premium sedans start around $150 per hour. Luxury sedans and black SUVs are the most common choices for executive transport. Multi-day roadshow packages can be priced as a flat daily rate. Roadshow pricing includes vehicle standby between meetings. Tolls, parking, greeter services, and early-morning fees are itemized separately.
Security needs and affiliate coordination are the main limitations.
We are a chauffeured transportation provider, not a security or executive protection firm. Clients who need armed details, advance vehicles, or threat assessment should hire a specialized security provider. Affiliates may not offer armored vehicles or specialized security-trained drivers. We do not own vehicles in Dallas, so service depends on vetted local affiliates. Last-minute itinerary changes may require extra time if affiliates are booked elsewhere. High-demand periods such as earnings season can reduce availability. Bad weather on I-35E or I-635 can delay transfers during rush hour.
