Every route is quoted flat before you book. Prices below are sedan starting rates; SUVs and Sprinters are quoted the same way, in writing.

How route timing works

Drive times on each route are typical ranges outside the worst traffic. Weekday peaks on I-35E and US-75, roughly 7:00 to 9:00 AM and 4:30 to 6:30 PM, often add 15 to 25 minutes to downtown transfers, and the I-635 and SH-114 interchange near Las Colinas and Grapevine is a recurring morning bottleneck. Event nights at AT&T Stadium, American Airlines Center and Fair Park have their own patterns.

For airport routes, the chauffeur works to your tracked flight, so an early or late landing shifts the pickup rather than the fare. For departures, dispatch sets the pickup time from your flight, your address and the time of day. Each route page lists the landmarks, pickup points and limitations that matter on that drive.

Need something that is not on the list? Any address pair can be booked as a point-to-point ride, and multi-stop days work best as an hourly charter. Full pricing is on the rates page.

Route questions

Are route prices fixed?

Every route is quoted before you book, and the listed prices are sedan and SUV starting rates. The quote you approve reflects your vehicle, date and time.

My trip is not listed. Can I still book it?

Yes. Any two addresses in the Metroplex can be booked as a point-to-point ride, starting at $130 in a sedan and $160 in an SUV.

Can I add a stop on a route?

Tell us when you book. Extra stops are billed at an hourly rate rather than the one-way route fare.
