DFW airport pickups use the commercial vehicle zones outside each terminal.

25-35 min to downtownFrom $240Flight tracking included

Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time. For domestic arrivals at Terminals A, B, C or E, the driver meets you just outside baggage claim at the marked commercial vehicle curb on the arrivals level. At Terminal D, the international terminal, pickup is on the arrivals-level commercial curb after you clear customs and retrieve luggage. We send the chauffeur’s cell number before you land. Call or text the moment you are at the curb so the vehicle can pull up.

DFW opened in 1974 and is the busiest airport in Texas and the second-busiest airport in the United States by passengers. It has five terminals and its own DART Orange Line station at Terminal A. The airport sits between Dallas and Fort Worth, so most business travelers head east toward Dallas, Irving, or Plano on SH 114, I-635, or the President George Bush Turnpike. During OU-Texas weekend at the Cotton Bowl and the State Fair of Texas, traffic on I-30 through Fair Park backs up badly. If your meeting is near downtown or Uptown that Saturday, build in extra time.

Sedan pricing from DFW starts at $130 to Irving/Las Colinas and $130 to downtown Dallas.

All quoted sedan rates are flat airport transfer fares for one to three passengers. Taxes, airport fees, and tolls are included. Gratuity is added separately. SUV upgrades are available; a one-way SUV from DFW to downtown Dallas is $160. Upgrades to executive vans or minibuses are available on request. Rates below cover a standard sedan during normal business hours.

Expect a 10- to 60-minute drive from DFW depending on the neighborhood and highway traffic.

Morning rush on eastbound I-635 and evening rush on southbound SH 121 can add fifteen to twenty minutes. Cowboys games at AT&T Stadium, Rangers games at Globe Life Field, and major conventions at the Irving Convention Center also push travel times higher.

Plan for possible delays because DFW does not allow commercial vehicles to wait at the curb.

This is the honest limitation. DFW Airport police enforce commercial-vehicle staging rules strictly. Your chauffeur cannot park at the terminal and wait. If you are not ready when the car arrives, the driver must circle or return to the cell lot. That adds five to fifteen minutes. International customs lines at Terminal D are unpredictable, and we cannot control TSA or CBP wait times. Dallas Airport Car Service arranges every Dallas ride through vetted local affiliates. Very late-night or same-day specialty vehicles are not always available.

DFW terminal by terminal

DFW has five terminals, A through E, laid out along International Parkway, the airport’s central spine road, with designated commercial-vehicle pickup zones on the arrivals level of each terminal. Terminal D is the main international terminal and customs hall. The Skylink train links all five terminals inside security, which helps on departure days when your check-in and gate are in different terminals. Give us your airline and flight number when you book; that tells the chauffeur which terminal to work, and dispatch tracks the arrival from there.

Roads in and out of DFW

The airport has entrances on its north and south sides. Downtown Dallas trips typically use SH-183 or SH-114 with I-35E, Plano and Frisco trips use SH-121 or the President George Bush Turnpike, and Fort Worth trips use SH-183 or SH-360 with I-30. Morning traffic at the I-635 and SH-114 interchange and the weekday peaks on I-35E are the usual delays, and dispatch builds them into departure pickups.

What your chauffeur needs from you

  • Airline and flight number, so the terminal and arrival time are tracked.
  • Passenger count and number of bags, so the vehicle fits: sedan for three, SUV for six, Sprinter for fourteen.
  • Whether you want curbside pickup or inside meet-and-greet at baggage claim (additional fee).
  • A mobile number that works when you land, so you can call or text from the curb.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight and adjust the pickup time automatically. You will not be charged extra for reasonable airline delays.
