A wedding day or milestone event runs on a schedule that other people are watching. Hair and makeup finish at one address, photos happen at another, the ceremony starts on the minute and the reception venue expects everyone together. We build the transportation around that timeline: which vehicle goes where, who rides in it and when it has to leave. Our dispatch team coordinates the plan and assigns vetted local affiliate chauffeurs in Dallas and the surrounding cities.
A vehicle for each part of the day
Most wedding plans use more than one class. The Mercedes-Benz S-Class at $230 per hour is the classic choice for the couple and for the send-off at the end of the night. A Cadillac Escalade at $150 per hour carries up to six parents, grandparents or members of the wedding party, with room for garment bags. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at $240 per hour moves up to fourteen guests between the hotel, the ceremony and the reception in one trip. Every vehicle is booked by the hour with a three-hour minimum, which covers the gaps between photos, ceremony and reception without a new pickup each time. See the fleet for photos and capacities.
Building the timeline
- Send the addresses for getting ready, the ceremony, photos and the reception, plus the time each group needs to arrive.
- Tell us who rides where: the couple, family, the wedding party and any guests who need a shuttle.
- Name one day-of contact, such as your planner or a family member, who can reach the chauffeurs.
- Leave a buffer between locations. Saturday traffic on I-35E, US-75 and the Dallas North Tollway is lighter than the weekday rush, but events at AT&T Stadium, American Airlines Center or Fair Park can clog nearby roads.
Dallas venues and the details we check
Venues across the Metroplex bring their own logistics: downtown hotel porte-cochères with tight loading lanes, estate driveways in the Park Cities with gate codes, lakeside settings in Las Colinas along Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal, and Southlake Town Square, where pedestrian zones limit curbside stopping. We confirm entrances, loading spots and the order of departures before the day. The same approach works for anniversaries, galas in the Arts District, milestone birthdays and holiday parties.
Booking notice and changes
We recommend at least 48 hours of notice for hourly and group bookings, and far more for a wedding date, because major Dallas events can take up vehicles weeks in advance. Changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours of notice to avoid a full charge. If the evening runs long, the booking can be extended with the chauffeur or through dispatch, subject to the affiliate schedule.
