FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Find quick answers about Dallas chauffeur service, airport transfers, corporate accounts, and booking policies.
Pricing and policies
How is pricing calculated for Dallas chauffeur service?
Rates are based on vehicle type, distance, time of day, and any wait time or stops. Airport transfers include a fixed base rate plus tolls and parking if applicable. Hourly charter is billed by the hour with a minimum. We provide an all-inclusive quote before you confirm so there are no surprise charges.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to avoid a full charge. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are billed at the full trip rate because the affiliate operator reserves the vehicle and driver for your scheduled window. Corporate accounts may have tailored terms.
Is gratuity included in the fare?
Gratuity is not automatically added for standard retail bookings unless requested. A 20 percent gratuity is commonly recommended and can be included in the quoted fare. Corporate accounts may have preset gratuity policies built into the invoice.
Airports and pickups
Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Yes. We monitor commercial flight status for both DFW and Dallas Love Field arrivals. Your affiliate chauffeur is dispatched based on the actual landing time, not just the scheduled time. That protects you from early arrivals, delayed baggage, and late-night schedule shifts.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
For most DFW and Love Field arrivals, your driver meets curbside at the designated rideshare or commercial pickup zone. Inside meet-and-greet with a name sign is available at baggage claim for an additional fee. We confirm the exact meeting point when you book.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead for airport transfers and 48 hours ahead for hourly charter, group transport, or convention work. Major Dallas events like Cowboys games and the State Fair of Texas can sell out affiliate inventory weeks in advance.
Vehicles and passengers
Can I request a child safety seat?
Yes. Forward-facing car seats and booster seats are available by request at booking. Because Texas law requires proper restraint for young passengers, we need the child's age, weight, and height to provide the correct seat. Availability depends on the affiliate operator's inventory.
What vehicles are available?
Our affiliate network provides black sedans, executive SUVs, stretch SUVs, and Mercedes-Benz sprinter vans. Vehicle selection depends on passenger count, luggage, and trip purpose. We confirm the exact vehicle class when you reserve.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Yes. Every affiliate operator in our Dallas network carries commercial auto insurance and required local licensing. Drivers are background-checked, professionally trained, and familiar with Dallas airport procedures and business district routes.
Accounts and coverage
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. We set up corporate accounts with centralized billing, monthly invoicing, ride receipts, and dedicated account management. Accounts work well for Dallas companies in finance, healthcare, energy, technology, and legal services with recurring travel needs.
What areas do you cover?
We arrange service throughout the Dallas metroplex including Downtown Dallas, Uptown Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Southlake, Irving Las Colinas, Park Cities, and Addison. We also book regional trips to Austin, Houston, Oklahoma City, and other Texas destinations.
Who operates this service?
Our dispatch team is a New York-based operator. We coordinate Dallas bookings through vetted local affiliate operators who provide the vehicles and chauffeurs. Our New York dispatch team handles reservations, confirmations, flight tracking, and customer communication.
