Our dispatch team arranges service in Dallas through vetted local affiliates for trips to hospitals, clinics, and treatment centers. The service covers airport transfers for out-of-town patients and families, as well as local rides between hotels and medical campuses. Chauffeurs provide a calm, punctual ride for people facing appointments, consultations, or recovery. Vehicles include sedans, SUVs, and vans with room for mobility aids and luggage. Chauffeurs are trained to be patient with clients who need extra time entering and exiting the vehicle. We can coordinate early-morning pickups for surgery check-in times and schedule recurring rides for ongoing treatment plans.
Patients, families, and medical representatives use this service.
Visitors come to Dallas for care at UT Southwestern, Parkland Memorial Hospital, Children's Medical Center Dallas, and Baylor University Medical Center. Families from outside the region fly into DFW or Love Field and need reliable transport to the Dallas Medical District. Medical sales representatives and visiting specialists travel between hospitals and clinics across North Texas. Outpatient surgery patients may need a quiet ride back to a hotel or recovery residence. Senior citizens travel from retirement communities in Plano and Frisco for specialist visits. International patients often stay near the medical district for several weeks. The Dallas Medical District includes UT Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital. Children's Medical Center Dallas is part of the same campus near Harry Hines Boulevard.
Pricing is route-based with optional hourly waiting time.
Sedan transfers from Dallas Love Field to Downtown Dallas start at $130, and DFW to Irving or Las Colinas starts at $130. Dallas to Arlington starts at $120, and Dallas to Fort Worth starts at $150. Hourly wait service for appointments starts at $120 per hour for sedans. SUVs and vans add 30 to 50 percent over sedan pricing. Wait time during long procedures is billed only for the hours the vehicle is reserved. We offer flat rates for common routes such as DFW to the Dallas Medical District. Recurring ride packages for multi-week treatment plans can reduce the per-trip cost. Tolls and parking at medical facilities are itemized separately.
Medical equipment needs are the main limitation.
This is not an ambulance or medically equipped transport service, so clients who need stretchers, oxygen support, wheelchair lifts, or medical attendants should use a licensed medical transport provider. We cannot provide medical supervision during the ride. We can accommodate foldable wheelchairs and walkers when arranged in advance. Local affiliates provide the vehicles, so last-minute requests depend on availability. Hospital discharge may require a wheelchair-accessible vehicle in some cases. Appointment delays at hospitals can extend wait time, which is billed at the agreed hourly rate.
